Setting Out
This is where the journey begins. Our setting out department undertakes a full site survey while producing accurate Auto CAD 2D drawings for your individual project. We often work in close liaison with designers and architects to create drawings for your approval. After the approval stage, our team then produces manufacturing drawings with the correct information, passing these over to our highly skilled craftsmen to assemble your product.

The Latest Technology
The latest addition in the workshop is our CNC machine. This is capable of processing the most awkward shapes and sizes from our various wood working products, meaning more variety for clients.

Fantastic Materials
Solid timber, MDF, MFC, and solid surface are just a few products our dedicated team form into the finished article. The final stage of the manufacturing process is our spray shop, and in this department we finish all products in our enclosed spray booth using a range of paints, AC products, lacquers and French polishes. This helps us to achieve the best possible wood or material finish for you.
