Passivhaus®
Passvhaus® is an internationally recognised German building standard developed for comfort, low energy consumption and a healthy living environment - and its scientifically proven. We design, test and certify all our homes to the Passivhaus® standard.
Net Carbon Zero
We take great care in sourcing materials and utilising construction methods carry low embodied carbon or sequester carbon. This includes considerations like: where are the materials located? Does this process produce alot of waste? Collectively this analysis is referred to as a Life Cycle assessment.
