Amicable Falkirk Deal For King Sturge

King Sturge has just concluded an industrial deal on behalf of Sovereign at Burnbank Road in Falkirk.

Leading marquee hire business, Amicable Marquees is relocating to Falkirk from a smaller unit in nearby Grangemouth.

The company has signed-up for a ten-year lease, with a five-year break option on the 8,300 ft² unit at Burnbank Road.

The annual rental is £16,584 (£2 per ft²).

Amicable is a local company with over 15 years experience in the marquee hire business throughout Scotland.

Craig Dyer, MD of Amicable comments: “We are a growing business, providing marquee services for clients all over Scotland. The unit provides extra cost-effective storage space, plus the location is very central and close to the national motorway network.”

Kirsty Palmer from the King Sturge Edinburgh office added: “Amicable was keen to remain in the same area and the unit at Falkirk is ideal in terms of affordability and location.”

Landlord Sovereign has already carried out some recent upgrading works to the premises which is currently being fitted out by Amicable to their specification.

Gregor Ewing of landlord Sovereign said: “We are delighted to conclude this deal and have a local company like Amicable take the space.”

King Sturge advised the landlord Sovereign Home Maker, whilst Amicable Marquees Ltd was self-represented.
