Commercial property consultant GVA has completed the acquisition of Land and Property Management Ltd to bolster its existing Property Management Consultancy offer in Glasgow.

GVA has also appointed Director Colin Steele. He will continue to work for his clients alongside the existing team, headed up by Diane Kerr, Property Management Director in Scotland.

Colin and Diane will be a formidable team in the market and will enhance our reputation for excellent client and customer service in Scotland. This puts us in an extremely strong position to firstly increase our market share in Scotland and also to expand and develop our national property management offer."

This latest high profile recruit is one of a host of new additions across the business at GVA. It continues to illustrate the company's contra-cyclical approach to gaining market share in areas where it maintains a robust business ready for further expansion.

GVA's property management business has continued to expand in the last 12 months with a number of key appointments in Scotland including Skypark on behalf of the Moorfield and Resonance JV and Capella for British Airways Pension Trustees.
