Scotland’s leading commercial property firm has announced a new key appointment to oversee its ambitious expansion plans across the Central Belt.
Space Solutions has appointed Alison Kilgour as a new business development manager in order to help promote and grow the firm’s client base throughout central Scotland.
The 33-year-old has more than a decade of experience in the Scottish property sector, having previously worked for major construction companies including Miller and Bovis Lend Lease.
Alison, who is also a Construction Ambassador for CITB Construction Skills and founder of the charity So Precious, said: “I’m delighted to have joined the team at Space Solutions. The firm is one of the biggest names in Scotland’s commercial property industry and I am looking forward to helping drive forward its plans to spread its influence across the country.
“My focus will be on identifying and developing new business opportunities across a variety of sectors including health and education, as well as creating and nurturing relationships with Space Solutions’ key clients. It’s an exciting challenge and I hope my skills and experience will help the company grow even further throughout Scotland.”
