Picton UK Listed Real Estate, landlords at Queens House at 19-29 St Vincent Street, has announced a raft of new companies that have taken space in the building.
Solicitors Wilson McKendrick LLP has secured the top floor extending to 1,126sq ft on a 5 year lease at a rental of £15.00 per sq ft.
Additional units have been let to Emobix, a mobile phone software provider which has taken 600 sq ft and specialist recruitment firm Xltec has taken 1,016 sq ft.
