The Association has said that its net rental income for the year will be around £18.2m.

The Association will also receive grants in the region of £15m from the Scottish Government and Argyll and Bute Council towards the delivery of the Scottish Housing Quality Standard for existing homes and new build provision.

Commenting on the budget, Alastair MacGregor, ACHA's Chief Executive, said: "The Association's 2014-2015 budget is about investment. It will continue the organisation's drive to improve all of our homes to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by November 2015.

"In addition it will also allow us to provide new homes to meet Argyll and Bute's pressing housing needs."
