The contractor has reached the topping out stage of the Bath Street development, which involves building 330 studio rooms on the site of the former A-Listed Elgin Place Congregational Church.

The 14-floor scheme also includes a large ground-floor retail-space and basement storage space.
To mark the milestone, seven of Graham's young apprentices gathered on the roof of the building to lay the final section of cement.
Gary Holmes, Regional Director of GRAHAM Construction, said: "Young people represent the future of the industry and we're committed in helping equip them for this future, through work placements, traineeships and apprenticeship schemes."
The development is scheduled to be completed by August.
