Plans are to be unveiled for the second phase of redevelopment in the Shawfield area in Rutherglen.
A community engagement event showcasing the proposals will be held between 11am - 7pm in the Glencairn Football Social Club on Glasgow Road on Thursday, 08 February.
Jim Clark, Senior Manager for Communications at Clyde Gateway, said planning applications for Shawfield Phase 2 will be submitted in the coming weeks.
"Shawfield Phase 2 is a large area, some 30 hectares in size, bounded by Glasgow Road, the M74 and the Clyde Gateway road where it reaches Oatlands," he said.
"It will complement the extensive work that we have carried out at Shawfield Phase 1, which is the area of the former industrial estate upon which the first new office complex, Red Tree Magenta, is nearing completion with the first occupiers set to move in by the summer.
"The redevelopment of Phase 2 will be every bit as extensive and ambitious. Clyde Gateway has dedicated substantial resources over the next three years that will enable us to carry out remediation, infrastructure, enabling and earthworks, subject to us receiving the relevant planning permissions.
"The area is very much industrial and commercial in nature and we have written to all business owners and occupiers in the area inviting them to come along and hear, first-hand, about our intentions.
"The event is, however, open to everyone, and residents of the Burgh will be more than welcome to drop in on the day to the social club where our staff and specialist advisors from the project team will be on hand to talk to them and answer any questions that they may have."
