Barrhead and Turners are now in the process of mobilisation to ensure there is no disruption to ongoing services to residents. The contract will commence on Monday, 02 July.

Turner Property Services Director, Craig Boath, said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with Barrhead Housing Association. Our priority is to work with Barrhead staff and their customers to achieve a first-class service that we can all be proud of.

"We look forward to building a strong working approach with Barrhead Housing Association. Our Property Services team will build on this new relationship bringing with us an excellent track record that our team has established in this sector."

Barrhead Housing Association's Director of Asset Management, James Ward, added: "This is an exciting new partnership that will help to ensure we're meeting our residents' needs. Customer focus, quality and value for money was key throughout the tendering process, and we're confident that in Turners we've found a provider that understands the need of our customers and the values that run through everything we do."
