The new £32 million Jedburgh Intergenerational Community Campus is taking shape ahead of its spring 2020 opening.
Contractor BAM is progressing work on site, with mechanical and electrical services to be installed over the next few months.
An Open Doors Day is also scheduled for next month, 21 March, to allow members of the public the chance to see the progress first hand.
"I would encourage the local community to find out more and get involved in the events being held in the coming weeks and months," Councillor Carol Hamilton, Executive Member for Children and Young People, said.
"For those who cannot make the Open Doors Day, we have provided a virtual tour of the exterior of the building on social media, and will be adding another of the inside of the building in the coming weeks.
"Excellent progress is being made with construction of the campus, which means it remains on course to open to Jedburgh's young people and the community in spring 2020."
Scottish Borders Council is also considering entries submitted for a campus name, which will replace Jedburgh Grammar, Howdenburn and Parkside primary schools.
Scott Brown, Hub South East's Project Director, added: "We're delighted with the progress being made on site. This new educational campus for Jedburgh is really taking shape and we would encourage the local community to see for themselves at next month's Open Doors Day.
"It's great to see such positive community engagement with this project and we hope local residents and community groups take advantage of all the upcoming opportunities to find out more."
