Construction firm, The JR Group, has launched its new private home building division, JR Homes.
The construction company which has grown from the strength to strength since its creation 25 years ago, has built a strong reputation for itself in the industry and has taken the natural step to launch this new arm of its business.
With a strong land bank spanning the length and breadth of central Scotland behind it, JR Homes, will make its market debut via its first development, Almondvale Gardens in Blackburn, West Lothian.
The small collection of just seven, three- and four-bedroom detached family homes is set to be released to the public towards the end of the year and will give a glimpse of the quality and specification that will be on offer from a JR Home.
Andrew Dallas, Projects Director for the Group said: "We are a well-respected construction firm in Scotland and having completed numerous developments across the country for a variety of clients. With our unrivalled skillset and industry knowledge, launching our own private homebuilding firm seemed the logical next step in our evolution.
"We are known and trusted for our quality and craftsmanship and are passionate about presenting this in each of our JR Homes. We have created a collection of standard house types with strong kerb appeal and state-of-the-art design – both inside and out.
"We're aiming to build high quality, considered homes offering generous spaces that are abundant with light. Our specification is exceptionally high and thanks to our size and approach, we can work with each one of our homebuyers to create a bespoke product for them – whether that's added fixtures and fittings or converting the garage space prior to them moving in."
The debut development is set to be released for sale later in the year.
