After successfully completing the prequalification questionnaire stage at the beginning of the year, the company were asked to submit a tender in March 2021 which required significant commitment including two full time estimators working on the submission together with continual support from the whole Utilities team.

Scottish Water is a key client of Pat Munro and they have worked together for several decades on various Utility projects, forming a successful relationship across various framework contracts. The securing of this framework allows this relationship to continue and grow during the six years of the contract, with possible extensions of a further two years. The framework also secures employment for existing utilities squads within the company including apprentice / trainee utility operatives.
