Paisley Housing Association has awarded a £1.4 million planned maintenance contract to CCG Asset Management.
Some 245 residences in south Paisley are set to benefit from the works package, that involves bathroom replacements.
Procured through Procurement For Housing (pfh) Scotland – specialists in procurement services for the social housing sector in Scotland – works are set to commence in September 2023.
CCG Asset Management Manager, Jim Cunningham, said: "CCG Asset Management is grateful for the opportunity to work with Paisley Housing Association. We thank them for awarding us this major contract which, as a result of streamlined procurement through pfh Scotland, we will be ready to commence in September. "Our dedicated site and tenant liaison teams will help ensure quality and customer service are of the highest standard at every stage of the 30-weekprogramme and we look forward to working with the association and tenants very soon."
Craig Reid, Paisley HA Head Of Asset Management, said: "We are delighted to be working with CCG again in delivering important component replacements to tenant's homes. We also praise the effectiveness of the pfh Scotland framework which meant we were able to progress the project to site in a very short space of time."
