The JR Group has announced three new key appointments as part of their ongoing growth strategy.
George Bunch joins the team as a new Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Advisor and both David Crosbie and Robbie Drummond as Site Managers. All three will assist the Group to deliver key developments across the country.
As a stalwart of the Scottish construction industry George Bunch joins The JR Group, with more than four decades of sector experience. His new role in the team will see this experience support colleagues across various sites, monitoring HSEQ compliance, developing and delivering training and inductions for the team and ensuring that all health and safety plans are up-to-date.
Taking the lead at the newly launched Hawick developments is David Crosbie who joins The JR Group team as a site manager offering the same high level of experience in the industry as George. Together with his expertise and knowledge of the local area, David has strong ambitions to achieve the best results for the project, which is The JR Group's first partnership with the Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA).
Driving forward The JR Group's Croftamie development is their third signing of 2024, Robbie Drummond, who will be leading the team at the rural Stirlingshire development on behalf of Rural Stirlingshire Housing Association (RSHA). Starting out as a bricklayer more than 20 years ago and now with more than ten years' experience in building management, Robbie is thrilled to join the team and will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the 14-unit project which broke ground at the end of 2023.
Gary McGregor, Managing Director said: "We have seen some fantastic, continued growth recently and through the appointment of George, Robbie and David, we're hugely excited to see our business continue to build from strength to strength with their extensive level of experience that sits between them.
"As examples of some of the best in the business, it is great to welcome all of these fantastic new additions to The JR Group and we look forward to seeing what they bring to the team."
