Knight Property Group has finalised a double deal at Pavilion 10, Kingshill Park in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

Rovco, a leading provider of tech-powered offshore wind geophysical survey and ROV/AUV projects, has secured five and six year leases for two office suites situated in Knight's modern office development.

The leases collectively span 10,774 sq ft, with the first floor encompassing 5,384 sq ft and the ground floor comprising 5,390 sq ft.

Rovco's technology helps lower the costs of site planning / consent surveys and, O&M through surface vessels and underwater autonomy. They also use their own AI systems to force multiply their teams and process large volumes of data rapidly. Rovco works across all lifecycle stages of a windfarm from initial planning all the way through to final decommissioning.

Fraser Mooney, COO of Rovco, said: "This strategic decision underscores our commitment to ongoing investments in Aberdeen. Positioned as a pivotal hub in our operations, our new offices offer premium workspace situated in a prime location, catering to the needs of both our clients and team members. Notably, we have also secured supplementary space to accommodate our anticipated future expansion."

Daniel Mitchell, Management Surveyor of Knight Property Group, said: "Tenants like Rovco actively seek premium spaces with exceptional connectivity, precisely the attributes that Kingshill Park provides.

"The development has experienced considerable letting momentum, with six deals finalised over the last year. The high occupational demand for Kingshill is illustrated by the strong interest in the last available suite of 2,627 sq ft at Pavilion 11."

Kingshill Park, conveniently located approximately 7.5 miles west of Aberdeen city centre, immediately off the A944 road, offers excellent communication links to the north and south via the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Road.

The suites feature fully fitted spaces, complete with power, data cabling, furniture, meeting rooms, comms rooms, and welfare spaces. Additionally, the development offers ample car parking, including electric car charging points.

Savills and Ryden are joint agents for Knight Property Group at Kingshill Park.
