DM Hall Brings 4.9 Acre Industrial Yard And Buildings Site In Springburn To Market

DM Hall is marketing an established and fully secured industrial yard and building site at 60 Hobden Street, Springburn, at offers over £1.25 million.

After a short period of marketing, a closing date has been set for 12 noon on the 22 August 2024.

Instructed by FRP Advisory, the 4.9-acre site, just off Petershill Road and within half a mile of the M8 and a ten-minute drive from the city centre, comprises a single storey 4805 sq.ft. office / training centre and a single storey 7366 sq.ft. industrial/warehouse building.

Other occupiers in close proximity include City Building and SWGR Industrial Supplies, Carntyne Transport and Carrick Packaging.

Adjacent and surrounding the buildings are various yard and parking areas. Towards the rear of the buildings are tarmacadam surfaced yard areas and further yard space which is used for vehicle training purposes, this being partly unsurfaced and part core surfaced.
