Phase Two Begins At Aberdeen's WestPoint Business Park

Phase two of construction has commenced at Knight Property Group's £45m Aberdeen WestPoint Business Park.

Launched in March of this year, WestPoint Business Park, an office development set on a 6.75 acre site, has already seen the completion and lease out of phase one, which consists of three high-specification office pavilions with tenants TAQA Bratani (pavilion one), Seabrokers Limited (pavilion two), and BlueSky Business Space (pavilion three).

With phase one fully let and extensive interest generated for forthcoming buildings, Knight Property Group have kick-started the construction of phase two at WestPoint Business Park with completion scheduled for July 2009.

Howard Crawshaw, director for Knight Property Group, said: "WestPoint Business Park is Knight Property Group's headline development for 2008. Located in the Westhill area - a rapidly expanding magnet for subsea engineering companies and major international energy firms - the take-up for phase one at WestPoint is testament to the desirability of this site.

"The four remaining pavilions provide rentable space that range in size from 2,995 sq ft to 31,695 sq ft. Produced to the highest specification, each client package boasts salient features and site benefits include arterial transport links and centrality within a high-profile commercial area."
