Shepherd's Appointed To Let Refurbished Office Suite At St Vincent Place, Glasgow

J&E Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has been appointed to let refurbished office suites ranging in size from 2028 sq ft up to a total of 25,183 sq ft at 39 St Vincent Place, Glasgow available for immediate occupation.

Jamie Savage, surveyor at J&E Shepherd said: "Situated in a strong central location on the south side of St Vincent Place, between its junction with Buchanan Street to the west and North Court to the east, the property benefits from all local shopping, business and leisure amenities and is located at the hub of the public transport system within short walk from Queen Street and Central Station. The suites also benefit from underground car parking."

The main frontage to St Vincent Place is of solid stone construction which is Category B Listed whilst being fully redeveloped behind to provide modern open plan accommodation offering two suites per floor planned around the central core. The office is entered via a grand entrance vestibule fronting St Vincent Place.

Entering the grand vestibule area, the marble clad walls are a reminder of the long history of the building within Glasgow's distinguished business heritage.

Shepherds has recently negotiated a lease renewal with the fifth floor tenants Diagnostic Monitoring Systems Ltd and are now seeking offers for new full repairing and insuring leases of negotiable length for the remaining available suites. Rental offers are invited.
