Property developer Kenmore Broomielaw has secured planning permission for its multi-storey office development located on the Clyde Waterfront within Glasgow City Centre and the International Financial Services District.
The development is set to enhance the local area by providing high quality office space and open recreational space, comprising of twin office blocks to a maximum of 16-storeys, being constructed around a central courtyard to create an attractive public realm space.
The project is a direct investment to support the continuing regeneration and renewal of Glasgow City Centre, a key regeneration area identified in the Local Authorities Structure Plan.
Waterman Boreham was appointed to provide the roads and transportation input to the development, involving the provision of a transport assessment and travel plan framework as part of the overall planning application. As part of the commission Waterman Boreham also developed a suitable access strategy for the development.
