New Planning Director Joins Barton Willmore Scottish Office

Leading planning and architecture consultancy Barton Willmore has recruited James Hall to join its Edinburgh office as a Director.

James rejoins Barton Willmore from Entec as a Director having left the practice in November 2000.

James has 16 years planning experience, working in both the public and private sectors.


Most recently he was a Director at Entec responsible for sector and business development in property and local government across the UK.

James led Entec's northern planning team for 5 years and was a member of the team that won the RTPI Planning Consultancy of the Year award in 2004 and the NE Regional Award in 2005.

At Barton Willmore, Hall will be concentrating on projects across Scotland, as well as enhancing the service that Barton Willmore offers clients in the North East of England.
