Acting on behalf of landlord Esar Retail Investments, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has leased a 10,300 sq ft self contained retail unit with development potential in Bathgate to Poundmart for 10 years at £50,000 per annum.

Occupied formerly by Woolworth's, the outlet is located at 54/58 George Street within the main commercial pedestrianised retailing street of the town.
