maibec Timber Cladding The A Proctor Group has partnered with maibec a specialist manufacturer of quality, factory stained solid wood for external cladding. maibec provides the organic beauty of natural solid wood with a 50 year warranty against wood decay and an 18 year warranty on the stain, which can be extended for another 15 years. maibec is a leading timber cladding manufacturer and has been for over 20 years. This heritage combined with 100% control over the production process results in timber cladding which is environmentally responsible and attractive. maibec has the ability to reproduce whichever colour your individual design demands. Royale Timber Cladding The A. Proctor Group has partnered with Bitus, specialists in the Osmose Royale Timber treatment. The Osmose Royale process gives soft wood similar properties of hard wood resulting in a timber cladding which is protected, sealed and stabilized with increased water resistance. To enhance wood's performance a blend of mineral and vegetable oils are used under heat and vacuum to remove moisture from wet timber. After this stage, the timber is preserved with Osmose Naturewood, a modern copper based preservative system. During this phase colour pigments can be added to the Royale oil to give an attractive pre-finished look. Due to this specialised process Royale timber cladding comes with a 30 year warranty against rot and decay.

ProctorPave, Porous Paving
Porous paving, such as ProctorPave Grass and Gravel reduces problems associated with impervious surfaces like concrete and asphalt which contribute to an unnatural water course.

ProctorPave allows the water to percolate into the ground where naturally occurring bacteria help break down pollutants such as hydrocarbons. It can also reduce or eliminate the need for other drainage systems and petrol interceptors as well as cutting development costs.
