CRGP Limited
CRGP is a leading multi-disciplinary construction consultancy that specialises in core disciplines of:
Architecture
CRGP Architects have developed an enviable record of project delivery over many years. The practice is driven by a consistent, rigorous approach to design rather than a predetermined house style, which aims to create specific solutions that express clarity of function and context. Our team is highly motivated and diverse and aim to bring enthusiasm, vision and inspiration to any commission.
All of our work receives the same, dedicated ethos and is based on a solid foundation of design excellence allied with active and strong management to ensure time cost and quality criteria are achieved. We believe that high architectural quality and best value for money can both be delivered as a result of our thorough and professional approach to the design process. This is ably demonstrated in our wide portfolio encompassing the small interventions through to the large and complex multi-million pound projects.

Quantity Surveying
Our staff is key to what makes us different and their commitment ensures that our clients' expectation of project cost control is satisfied. We have a wide portfolio of projects completed within residential, commercial, defence, education and healthcare sectors. In recent years we have been connected with Glasgow City Council and the regeneration of the city and look forward to becoming involved with projects associated with the 2012 Commonwealth Games. We also have commissions from housing associations and the NHS but our work in the private sector is equally important and we are established as preferred surveyors with several leading contractors and property developers.
Ask for: John Hill
Building Surveying
We have experience across a wide spectrum of property types and ages from commercial and industrial buildings to historic and listed buildings. One thing that makes us special is that our surveyors have a practical appreciation of the demands of business and we can recommend the correct approaches to achieve the best results for building owners in both the public and private sectors.
Ask for: Stewart Hamilton
Project Management
CRGP's philosophy is to inherit the aims of the client and then to manage the process for a successful delivery. This generally means completing projects on time, for best value and to a good quality design. To achieve this we need to utilise processes like programming and risk management together with good communication. Currently CRGP is providing PM services to a range of clients in all market sectors. The division has a specific competence in community based projects and disaster recovery following financial failure or an insurance claim. The project values range between '100,000 and '30m.
