SDM were contracted by our insurer to complete a kitchen restore following a leak through the ceiling and subsequent ceiling collapse.
From start to finish, I was happy with the service SDM provided. Pamela in the office was very helpful, polite and kept us informed and all tradespeople that worked in our house were punctual, polite and completed the work to a high standard.
I would have no problems recommending SDM to friends or family.

I have just had a run in with a reinstatement building contractor SDM - Group. Their website states as one of their benefits survey at no charge - I called as require a survey of some damage to be told will be £50 + VAT. After I expressed surprise and pointed the website claim, I asked to speak with a manager, who of course wasnt available. They eventually called me back, to offer a free survey, but would not be able to do it for 3-4 months, as they were too busy! Talk about appalling customer service - be aware!

We had insurance work recently completed on our home. The work was carried out in a professional manner. All tradesmen involved were polite, organised and left work areas tidy. Our contact Pamela had excellent customer care skills, she always listened and arrived at a solution. Thank You
