New Lease Gets 2011 Off To Great Start

Angus Council has announced its first commercial lease of 2011.

The authority has just concluded a new lease at Montrose Business Centre, Broomfield Industrial Estate.

Biarchi Safety Ltd has moved into Unit 11, giving them a new base to operate from. The centre is the business' headquarters, and is the base for three employees.

Councillor David May, Angus Council’s spokesman on economic development, said: “We are pleased to welcome Biarchi Safety Ltd to Montrose Business Centre. Montrose Business Centre is a prime location, and will be an ideal base for Biarchi Safety Ltd to expand and thrive. The council will continue to rigorously market its business premises across the county, and support local business to realise their ambitions.”
