Angus Provost Helen Oswald announced the project at an event in Holyrood.

Provost Oswald said she was delighted that the Minister had been able to attend, adding: "The Minister’s support for this project and our work with veterans in Angus is much appreciated. We took the opportunity to discuss ways in which the Scottish Government can help our work in Angus and we look forward to working with him in the future."
Lt-Col Richard Callander, chairman of Houses for Heroes said: "Angus Council and Houses for Heroes Scotland are developing a marvellous partnership that will see both organisations invest in building new homes."
