Graham Construction has been celebrating two awards, from Building Better Healthcare (BBH) and Glasgow Institute of Architects (GIA).
The Best-Out-of-Hospital Care Facility Design award from BBH went to Barrhead Health & Care Centre, while Maryhill Burgh Halls scooped the Conservation category at the GIA Design Awards.
The £17.1m Barrhead development was joint funded by NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and East Renfrewshire Council.
Graham worked with Avanti Architects on the project, which saw health and social care services brought under one roof.
The building features a day-care centre with entrance and garden and facilities to aid health and social care workers.
The judges said: "This centre is an excellent example of the drive to integrate the provision of healthcare with social services.
"The building is immediately bright and uplifting, with a generous atrium and restrained use of colour. Waiting areas, situated off the main space, are pleasant and calm, and journeys through the building easy, with the atrium providing orientation and light.
"Externally the clean form and restrained use of materials makes a positive contribution to the street."
The refurbishment of Maryhill Burgh Halls was undertaken through a partnership with jmarchitects.
The building had fallen into disrepair before work began in 2009. The £7.4m, 23-month contract saw Graham then strip back the Burgh Hall and the old Police Station, both B listed buildings, before rebuilding, renovating and extending the facility to provide a multi-use community complex.
The restoration project sought to retain many of the features of the 1878 building.
Graham drew on craftsman skills such as stonemasonry, specialist joinery and slate and lead work.
The Glasgow Institute of Architects said: "The external materials were chosen to be sympathetic with the existing context, but are detailed in a manner to ensure that the new elements are read as contemporary which frame and compliment the original building.
"The careful design respects the historical buildings, whilst utilising their nature to provide integrated accommodation, which achieved and exceeded the clients’ requirements for the building."
