Planning Process For New Inverness School

Plans for the new £34m Inverness Royal Academy development are to go on display.

The proposals will be available to view via a drop-in exhibition at Culduthel Christian Centre, Inverness, on Wednesday (11 September).

The consultation will be held between 3pm and 7pm.

The event is a "pre-application consultation", which means the proposals are shared with the public, so any comments made at this stage can be considered by architects before any formal planning applications are submitted.

Members of the project team will be in attendance to answer any questions.

A spokesman for the Highland Council said: "This is an opportunity for anyone to comment on the current proposals before applications are made."

The deadline for responses is 11 November 2013.
