The works, which started yesterday (14 October), are being carried out adjacent to St Ninian's High School.
Two new synthetic sports pitches are being constructed on the site.
As a result of the project, there will be construction traffic entering Eastwood Park, but traffic management restrictions will apply around the school at peak times in the morning and afternoon, to ensure there is no heavy construction traffic during those periods.

The restrictions will be in place from:
- 8.15am to 9.15am – Monday to Friday
- 3pm to 4pm – Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
- 2.15pm to 3.15pm – Wednesday and Friday.
The construction period is expected to last until February 2014.
