Supersized CarStore Nears Completion

The creation of a large new CarStore by Peter Vardy Limited is nearing completion.

The facility is located at Braehead in south-west Glasgow and will house quality pre-owned cars. It will cover a total of six acres, stretching across 70,000 square feet.

Due to open next month, this will be the Group's eleventh retail site in Scotland.

Work on the site, which has lasted for 14 weeks, is almost completed and remains on time and schedule. The work has been carried out by Glasgow-based construction firm, CBC Ltd.

Chief Executive Peter Vardy added: "We are very pleased with our state-of-the-art CarStore and can't wait for December to get trading.
