The works involved improving the water water infrastructure and solving a flooding problem that had affected two properties in Torrance.
Contractors working for SW finished the £420,000 project to install a new sewer and develop eight manholes with a screen chamber along Park Crescent and into Woodmill Park.
The work by amey Black & Veatch, has improved the local network and tackled flooding issues.

The project took almost five months to complete.
To enable SW to progress with the improvement work, some traffic management was required in Park Crescent for the duration of the project and footpaths in Woodmill Park were affected.
Joanna Peebles, SW's Regional Communities Team Manager, said: "Scottish Water is always working hard to do the right thing for the environment in Scotland and we identified essential improvements that were required to our waste water infrastructure in this part of Torrance.
"These improvements will reduce the risk of sewer flooding which has affected properties in this area for some time and we are sure that the householders directly affected, and others, will welcome the completion of this project."
