Highland Council Make Call For Engineers And Technicians

The Highland Council has announced a range of engineering and technician posts in the Alness, Dingwall and Inverness area to progress a number of high profile infrastructure projects.

The council has made a call for:

• Design Team (Alness) – Engineer,

• Structures (Alness) – Senior Engineer (x2)

• Contract Administration, Strategy & Testing (Inverness) – Senior Technician

• Flood Risk Management Team (Dingwall) - Senior Engineer/Engineer (x2)

The council said: "If you are an enthusiastic Engineer/Technician who is passionate about the environment and you possess excellent communication skills with an ability to present complex technical issues in a concise and logical manner, then the Highland Council would love to hear from you.

"Our staff are our most valuable asset and we invest in them to excel in their role, mentoring and encouraging staff towards continued professional development including ICE and CIWEM qualifications.
