Mears was appointed to the position following a successful tender exercise earlier this year. The contract, which commenced on 01 November, covers reactive repairs and void property repairs.
Announcing the partnership, Gary Dalziel, Elderpark's Chief Executive said: "We are delighted to have appointed Mears as our new day to day repairs contractor. The repairs service is the most commonly used service by all of our tenants and it's crucial that we have a contractor who can deliver a high quality service.
