Scottish Water has drafted in Scotland's top mixology experts to create the perfect Christmas spirit – stunning water-based mocktails.
Mix masters at Edinburgh-based bar group Montpeliers have joined the wave to support our great campaign Your Water Your Life, with a range of stunning H2O festive infusions.
The delicious Christmas Cooler or Santa's Spritz are the new must-try tipple for designated drivers, as well as keeping you hydrated throughout the party season.
Scotland's great-tasting tap water is essential over the holidays - for that morning after pick-me-up, staying hydrated on a shopping spree, or the base for your Christmas Day gravy.
Brian Lironi, Director of Corporate Affairs at Scottish Water, said: "We know that Christmas is a great time for celebrations, but keeping hydrated is key to enjoying the time responsibly and ensuring that everyone has a happy and healthy Christmas.
"This range of new water-based mocktails shows what you can achieve with a few additions to our great and tasty tap water."
Joey Medrington, Group Bar Development Manager at Montpeliers, added: "Scotland's tap water has the remarkable property of being able to absorb a huge amount of flavour molecules – think of it like a making a cup of tea: the longer you leave it to infuse the more flavour you'll get.
"You can enjoy the drink straight from the fridge, carbonate it, or use as the base for delicious cocktails."
The Your Water Your Life campaign aims to encourage people to top up from the tap to benefit the planet, their health and their pocket.
Last year we launched an initiative to install a network of 70 Top up Taps across Scotland to encourage people to drink more water and use refillable bottles, with the first 18 taps already completed.
