The site is located off Forrit Brae on the hillside between Newhills and Craibstone – 63, two, three and four-bedroom high specification homes will be created as part of the company's superb new Kinion Heights Development, which has already received planning consent. As part of this, the company can also today confirm that it will make a contribution of more than £1.1 million to the local economy as part its planning obligations. This will help to fund primary and secondary school education in the area as well as the provision of local community, recreation and healthcare facilities, and upgrades to the transport network.
