Knight Property Group has appointed MTM Construction as the main contractor for an upcoming development in in Westhill, Aberdeenshire.
The anticipated construction timeline spans four months, with a targeted completion date set for June 2024.
Extending to 4,411 sq ft and offering 12 car parking spaces, the forthcoming unit boasts a high specification design, featuring a steel portal frame construction, high-performance cladding, electric roller doors and a generous concrete yard.
